Our Story
History
External Overseas was Founded by Sulaiman Atmar in 2015 after realising his passion towards helping Afghan Students, to have access or means of communications and connection to Universities outside Afghanistan.
Although it may seem short time but since then External Overseas has achieved many unbelievable and unattainable goal by bridging over 534+ Afghan youth to continuing their education outside Afghansitan, having tonnes of new experiences and quiet frankly, life changing opportunities for each of it’s Applicants.
